Partition Installing Method
1. Galvanized Metal Frame
The top and bottom keels are fixed to the floor and ceiling with expansion bolts.
Vertical keels should be aligned (generally every 612mm) with laterally supporting keels.
2. Board Material Fixing
Cut board material to size (approx. 10mm lower than wall height).
Fix board to keel using tapping screws (200-250mm intervals), sinking screws 0.5mm below the face.
Maintain a 4mm expansion seam between boards.
Glass cotton or rock cotton can be filled before final fixing if required.
Ceiling Installing Method
Determine ceiling position; boom central range is generally 1200mm.
Connect boom and main keel with hanging pieces to ensure a level position.
Fix sub-keels vertically to the main keel (central range 612mm).
Install laterally supporting keels properly (range 1224mm).
Fix boards to sub-keels with tapping screws and treat seams.
